Ms. Khor also informed participants about admission terms for Malaysian universities: “Students should have at lest 5.0 IELTS score and usually take foundation years since British Education System of 12 years in applied in Malaysia. However regular bachelor programs last 3 years, which make the total education duration 4 years. Some specialities such as Medicine or Engineering may last for 5 or 4 years”- she explained.
The event continued with questions and answers session, where participants asked about admission procedures, visa process and job opportunities. “Usually we do not recommend our bachelor students to work a lot while studying, since bachelor is core educaiton and takes a lot of time. But for post-graduate students there are lots of options to work in university campuses and during holidays”- mentioned Fidan Bagirova
Malaysia is a very promising destination which needs to be explored more. Lingva Training Center will continue to provide with information on studying opportunities in this country in future.
